General Differences:
• Privacy Setting (Private Mode)
o On Apple devices when using Safari, the privacy setting
needs to be turned off in order to Log-In to the Secure
Access Portal
• Log-In and Log-Out
o You now have the ability to Log-Out of the website
o The button is located in the top right hand side of the
screen (figure 1)
• Announcements – VERY IMPORTANT
o The Bell at the top of all web pages will be used for
general and page specific announcements (figure 1)
o The number on the bell will indicate the number of new
announcements
• My Profile
o In the upper right corner, you have the option to edit
your profile (figure 1)
▪ You are able to change your password
▪ You are able to change your email address
• Contact Us
o Email the web developer with any suggestions, concerns,
or issues that you are having (figure 1)
• Responsive Screen Size
o The website will adjust to the size of the screen on your

o On smaller screens the menu options are found under
the 3 lines on the top right (figure 1)
• Selection Defaults
o Many options are programmed to retain the selections that you made the previous time
• New Selection and Return buttons
o These buttons have been replaced with “bread crumb” links that are located on the bar below
the web page title
• Dates
o Must enter in full 4-digit year (2016)
o Will not accepts 2-digit year (16)
• Download Option
o Does not directly open the file
o File is generated and put in your ‘Downloads” folder
o From the Home Screen, you have to go Utilities under the Customers menu
o Inside an option, you have to go to Actions, located on the far right on the bar below the page

Inquiry Options:

o When you select the oval in front of an order, the details of the order will automatically load on
the bottom of the screen

o The type of chart has been changed from a bar chart to a line chart
Maintenance Options:
• Billing Category Assignment
o The Next Step and Load buttons have been removed
o The Step Buttons have been moved to the top of the page
o Selecting the Add and Remove boxes will automatically add/remove items and locations
o When keying in additional items you still have to click on Add to List
o The final step no longer contains a summary
• Build To Order Guide
o When requesting an order guide or work sheet:
▪ Document will not automatically display
▪ Document will be placed in your downloads folder
o Creating an order
▪ All buttons have been removed
▪ Simply change a quantity and the contents of your “shopping cart” will be changed
• Item Authorization
o Added selection boxes for adding and removing authorizations to the initial selection page
o Added a three (3) step process with the addition of selecting “like items”
o Selecting the Add and Remove boxes will automatically add/remove items and locations
o When keying in additional items you still have to click on Add to List
o The Review Authorization Changes button has been replaced with Step 3 – Submit Change

o The Process button has been removed
o Simply make changes and they happen automatically

Order Entry (New Feature)
o Use this option to load a shopping cart with items
o Items can be added over minutes, hours, or days from different devices
o With the proper scanner, items can be scanned instead of keyed
o When ready select the Send Order(s) button to send your order for processing
Order Maintenance
o THIS OPTION IS NO LONGER USED TO CREATE AN ORDER – USE ORDER ENTRY FOR THIS
o When you select the oval in front of an order, the details of the order will automatically load at
bottom of page
o The screen layout is very similar to Order Entry
o With the exception of Delete Entire Order button, all update buttons have been removed
o To add an item, simply key or scan it
o To change the quantity just change it and the order quantity will be changed automatically
o To remove an item from the order change the quantity to zero or remove the quantity
Promotional Ordering
o All orders are placed in your “shopping cart”
o Items can be added over minutes, hours, or days from different devices
o When you are ready, simply Check Out
Food Show Ordering
o Ordering process is identical to Promotional Ordering.
Retail Maintenance
o The Next Step and Load buttons have been removed
o The Step Buttons have been moved to the top of the page
o Selecting the Add and Remove boxes will automatically add/remove items and locations
o When keying in additional items you still have to click on Add to List
o The final step no longer contains a summary
