Aims This course aims to pull together a range of knowledge and skills that have been developed throughout the course and explore the strategic options open to commercial and other organisations in developing competitive strategies within the field of hospitality and tourism. The course highlights the implications and challenges of sustainable and socially responsible approaches and the impact of uncontrollable factors and events such as terrorism, natural disasters on strategic planning. 16.
