The Debu are the office holders at LT2. They are the
kings of the castle and have the first preference for
all bookings and hires.
They are the small-sized businesses that need the size
and privacy of an office, but also need to occasionally
venture out into the wild of LT2 to learn about what
talents are amidst.

EXPECTATIONS
Little Tokyo Two is a place for both work and play. In saying this,
we must respect both in harmony. Play only happens before
and after work hours (9am to 5pm) and sometimes at lunch.
All members are expected to participate in chat and attend
their quota of free events. We do not compromise on the
expectation of one event attendance per member per week.
We are a community built upon support, trust, fun and
collaboration. If you want to make the most of this opportunity,
then get involved.
The Land of Opportunity only works when people make use of
opportunities. LT2 is filled with talented and personable people
like you, so spend as much time here as possible – meet new
people and talk and connect with them.
All members are to clean up after themselves and respect inhouse rules. If you use cutlery, wash it; if you make mess, wipe
and bin it; if you use the last of the toilet paper, bin it and
replace it.
If no LT2 staff members are present, commonsense prevails.

Our mentors are here for you. They each give us two hours of
their time per week and can be booked in 20-minute timeslots.
Organise your agenda so that you can get the most of your
valuable time with them.
Please do not be greedy.
Each Monday the new calendar will be uploaded onto Slack and
you can contact @cptJockSparrow with a private message to
book your slot.

What exactly will you be doing?
A series of four highly interactive strategy design workshops created to put your business model in the
pressure cooker. The workshops involve participants learning new skills in design thinking and the
innovative strategic planning techniques necessary to succeed in a volatile, uncertain, complex and
ambiguous world.
Each workshop takes participants through a set of activities designed to unpack their current business
model, understand their customers, identify how they create, deliver and capture value, and then create
new possibilities for their future business.
The final workshop helps them develop a plan to implement their new innovations and provide the
groundwork for them to connect with investors, teams or collaborators to secure their future success.
What will you be achieving?
Through the introduction of a design methodology, business model design is quickly outpacing traditional
approaches to strategic planning. Participants will achieve a level of confidence in their business dealings
and capabilities, based on a robust understanding of how to create products and services that the world
needs.

How your business creates, captures and delivers value to customers, as well as how to create innovative
business models to adapt to rapidly changing business conditions.
How to gather and apply meaningful customer insights.
How to test business assumptions and validate innovative ideas.

About the Catapult Club - Cooperative
The Catapult Club Cooperative is a partnership between Business Models Inc. (BMINC)
and Little Tokyo Two. The Cooperative is a Business Catapult course targeted towards
anyone with an idea or small business. The course provides a two-month intensive
program including full-day courses and face-to-face accountability, as well as
mentoring included in a six-month membership at Little Tokyo Two co-working and
event space.
All participants are guaranteed sales, clarity, industry contacts, mentors, foresight
and recognition for completing the course.
We take your success seriously and we are here for quality, not quantity. In saying
this, however, BMINC and LT2 are both very relaxed and accepting professional
groups :)
LT2 runs the LT2 Catapult Combine, which gives business owners the opportunity to
pitch in front of well-known investors. After the course you will have the option to
apply for the show. We make sure that you become investment-ready during your
time with us.
BMINC is an international strategy and business design agency that helps corporate
organisations and management teams find new ways of doing business and creating
value by assessing, innovating, validating, and implementing (new) business models.
BMINC strongly believes that business success starts with the co-creation of new
business model options with the people involved in the business. They invite relevant
people to join the conversation about how to develop business model options for the
future. They make use of the brainpower of the team, who will be able to assess,
design and develop the business model, context and vision of your business in a
