application of the conformity mark.

the inscriptions applied on the NAWI.

existence of the conformity
documents.

2. PROFOUND MS VERIFICATION
To check:
 By testing the compliance of NAWI
with one/more essential requirements.
 The
correctness of the conformity
statement issued by manufacturer.
 The
correctness and the complete
application of the procedure chosen by
manufacturer
for
conformity
assessment.

MEASURES TO ELIMINATE
NONCONFORMITIES FOUNDED








The corrective actions depend on the seriousness of the
nonconformities
founded,
being
applicable
the
proportionality principle.
The involved economic operator is noticed and consult about
the nonconformities founded before taking any other
measure, if the nonconformities not represent risks for life or
health of the users.
The economic operator is compelled to restore in a fixed
period the conformity and to stop the infringement of legal
regulations.
Temporary restrictions on placing on the market.
Withdraw from the market the nonconformities NAWI.
Withdraw from the users the nonconformities NAWI.
Permanent restrictions on placing on the market.
Sanctions for economic operators with fine within the limits
established by regulations.
