Whole Game System - Editing Team Officials
1. Log on to Whole Game using your FAN and password
2. Click the tab that you need to edit - see an example below in Red
3. You then click the team officials tab on the left hand side - See an example below in Red
4. Use the drop down menu to find the team that you need to edit - See an example below in
Red
5. To remove a coach click the pencil on the left hand side and click a date that the coach left if it is end of the season then click the day after the teams last game - See below in Red
6. To add a coach click the add official tab - Shown in Red below
7. Enter the coaches FAN and DOB click search and they should come up if not give us a call at
BCFA to support.
