How you earn points
You’ll earn CURewards points when you, or an authorized user, use a Hawaii
Law Enforcement FCU Platinum Rewards or Platinum Legacy MasterCard to
make purchases of products and services, minus returns or refunds. In most
cases, buying products and services with your card will count as a purchase;
however, the following types of transactions will not count and will not earn
points: balance transfers, cash advances, travelers checks, foreign currency,
money orders, wire transfers or similar cash-like transaction, lottery tickets,
casino gaming chips, race track wagers or similar betting transactions, any
checks that access your account, interest, unauthorized or fradulent charges
and fees of any kind.
