Complete Digital Solution (CDS) – annual assessment site licence
OPTION 5: Complete Digital Solution:
Please note this is a whole school option and cannot be purchased for individual year groups.
CDS is digital assessments only, paper assessments are not included.
£15.00 ex VAT per pupil per annum.
All schools taking the CDS are expected to pay an additional £300 to attend 3 regional training
courses to ensure their complete understanding of the content of the CDS. These will cover
Attainment, ability and Surveys.
This digital solution provides, for a single price, online access to the progress tests in English, Maths
and Science, the CAT4 Gold tests, and the New Group Reading Test, as well access to PASS (Pupils
attitudes to self and school), Dyscalculia & Dyslexia Screening, Single Word Spelling Tests, Surveys by
Kirkland Rowell for pupils, parents and staff.
The CDS is an unlimited digital usage licence (subject to fair usage) that allows for all tests to be
administered to the expected year groups
This option represents very good value compared to the cost of buying the progress tests and CAT

Baseline for beginning of reception and baseline progress for end of reception – standardised

Progress Tests in English end of Y2 – Y6 £4.95 per pupil
Progress tests in Maths end of Y2 – Y6 £4.95 per pupil
Progress Test in Science end of Y3 – Y6 £4.95 per pupil
NGRT Digital end of Y2 (can be administered twice yearly) £5.45 per pupil
Single Word Spelling Test £350 annual licence
Dyslexia Screener age 5+ £5.70 per pupil
Dyscalculia Screener age 6+ £5.70 per pupil
PASS £150 per school plus £1 per pupil
Kirkland Rowell £420 per survey approx
