Inclusion Action Plan 2016-2017 INCLUSION ACTION PLAN To improve the quality of teaching resulting in an overall good judgement in relation to progress in PHSE across the school. To improve the PHSE, behaviour, welfare, British values and SMSC across the school. Lead person accountable for the plan: Matt Lawrence This action plan will include 3 main core themes. Specific, measurable impact on pupils. Success criteria: Pupil voice suggests at least 80% of children in school feel respected and listened to. Improved teacher’s subject knowledge and understanding of key issues in SMSC, UNICEF RRSA and British Values All teachers’ expectations are consistently high and reflect age-related objectives within lessons. Use of success criteria, marking and responding to children’s learning of all types is consistently of a high quality, resulting in pupils who know what they need to do to sustain at least good progress. Improved behaviour across school particularly at break and lunchtimes measured through pupil and parent voice with at least 80% saying children are well behaved.
