STRATEGY AND CHANGE ANALYST The Insurance Institute has been providing professional insurance qualifications and continuing professional development for over a century. We are now recruiting for a Strategy and Change Analyst to provide project management support to the Head of Strategy and Change. Learn more about us at www.iii.ie. THE ROLE Your role will be to support the Head of Strategy and Change in ensuring the successful implementation of new and existing strategic projects. This is a new team with the responsibility for delivering strategic change across the organisation on behalf of our 13,500 national members. Your other responsibilities will include the design and development of business performance reports and the monitoring of our Quality Management policies and procedures. • Identify opportunities for improved data utilisation within The Insurance Institute • Gather and document future reporting requirements Quality Management • Schedule quality management audits, allocating auditors and documenting audit findings • Manage discrepancy and improvement logs, working with business leads to prioritise and deliver agreed actions in a timely manner RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Support • Support the implementation of strategic projects, taking responsibility for projects/project work streams, ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within budget • Identify, manage, mitigate and report project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies • Develop and monitor progress of project plans • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action logs, following up on actions in a timely manner • Prepare project status update reports, steering packs and other stakeholder communications • Manage specific project deliverables, with view to taking additional responsibility for delivery of specific projects going forward ABOUT YOU Knowledge & Experience • Degree in business/science or related discipline • High proficiency in MS Office Suite • Strong quantitative skills and analytical approach to problem solving • Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve issues • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and effectively respond to changing priorities • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Experience of working on a project team Data/reporting • Design and develop excel-based reports to monitor performance for both internal and external stakeholders • Carry out ad-hoc analysis to support business decision making • Present findings of data analysis and work with business stakeholders to identify actionable outcomes • Professional insurance qualification desirable but not essential STRATEGY AND CHANGE ANALYST WHY WORK WITH US?
