YOUTH PROBATION CONDITIONS
Statutory conditions:
1. Keep the peace and be of good behaviour
2. Appear before the court when required to do so
Statutory conditions will automatically print on all Probation Orders
1.  Reporting
1.  No reporting condition
2.  Report in person to a youth worker  once only today
 Immediately  within ____ working days  of your release from custody
 and after that, at all times and places as directed by the youth worker or
anyone designated by your youth worker to assist in your supervision
3.  Your reporting requirement ends when you have satisfied the youth worker that
you have:
 paid the restitution in full
 completed all of your community service hours

board, or any place of learning, training or recreation approved of by the youth
worker and provide proof as required by the youth worker and sign releases to
allow the youth worker to confirm your attendance.

the youth worker and provide proof as required by the youth worker

9.  Weapons and Permits
1.  Do not possess any weapon(s) as defined by the Criminal Code (for example, but
not restricted to: a BB gun, pellet gun, firearm, imitation firearm, cross-bow, prohibited
or restricted weapon or device, ammunition or explosive substance or anything
designed to be used or intended for use to cause death or injury or to threaten or
intimidate any person)
2.  If you now possess any of the items referred to in the above condition you must
surrender them to the police within: _____ hours  or if in custody, within ____ hours
of your release from custody
3.  All licences and registration certificates pertaining to these things referred to

10.  Alcohol, Drugs
1.  Do not buy, possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating substance
2.  Do not go into any liquor licenced premises
3.  Do not possess or consume any unlawful drugs or substances (refer to the
Controlled Drugs and Substances Act) except with a valid prescription in your name or
those available over the counter
4.  Do not possess any weigh scales, hydroponic growing equipment or other drug
paraphernalia
5.  Do not be in the driver’s seat of any motor vehicle unless your blood alcohol
concentration is zero

11.  Counselling and Treatment
1.  Attend and actively participate in all assessment, counselling or rehabilitative
programs as directed by the youth worker and complete them to the satisfaction of the
youth worker

stress management
bereavement/grief issues
literacy
financial counselling
life skills

2.  You shall sign any release of information forms as will enable your youth worker to
monitor your attendance and completion of any assessments, counselling or
rehabilitative programs as directed
3.  You shall provide proof of your attendance and completion of any assessments,
counselling or programs as directed.

12.  Community Service
1.  Perform ____ hours (not to exceed 240 hours) of community service work on a
rate and schedule to be directed by the youth worker but must be completed within
____ months of the start date to this Order (not to exceed 12 months)
