This tutorial will show you two very easy ways that you
can create an AIM 360 Virtual Tour of your inventory that
instantly gets sent to your webpages!

Use the AIM loading application.
Convert your existing images into a virtual tour.
Create AIM360 with the AIM Capture App
1. Login under your individual
username.
2. Pick the desired vehicle
from a list of your inventory.
3. Select “Outside, Inside &
Hotspot” to begin taking
pictures.

Create AIM360 with the Capture App
1. AIM Capture will prompt you
to take the next picture in the
queue. By pressing “ok” the
camera function will appear
and allow you take a specific
horizontal image.
2. For all Hotspots, AIM
Capture will ask whether the
vehicle has a specific option.
Take the picture if it does or
click “Pass” and the App will
direct you to the next vehicle
Hotspot.
3. Once the image taking
process is complete, upload all
of the images.

Exterior shots
– Start taking photos from the front of the vehicle. Keep the same distance away from the vehicle for each photo. Keep the
same height for all pictures. The entire vehicle must to be in the picture to create the illusion of a 360 degree fluid movement.
If you wish to take fewer photos, an image can be taken every ¼ of the vehicle for a total of 8 exterior images. The effect will be less fluid but
AIM360 will still work as designed.

– Hotspot images are designed to highlight the important features of your vehicle. If the vehicle doesn’t have a specific option
or Hotspot, you can “skip” the photo when using the loading app. If there is detailed information regarding a specific feature, a description
about that feature will appear on the image for your customers.

Follow the step-by-step tutorial to find out how
you can “tag” your existing images and have
AIM360 instantly appear on your listings.
Step 1 - Click the picture icon to view your existing images.

Step 2 - Select the AIM360 icon for each picture and choose from the drop down list.

Step 3 - Choose the Image description or Hotspot option for each image and the
computers will automatically place the image in its correct location.

Step 4 - When complete, the location will be displayed at the bottom of the
image and the AIM360 Viewer will appear for previewing.

Step 5 - The AIM360 icon will also appear on the inventory page once it
becomes active for you to quickly see which units are not enhanced.

Step 1 - Click on the Statistics icon to view information about Where, What &
How Long your customers are looking at your inventory!

Step 3 - Scroll down on the inventory page and click on the View Details or Last
30 Days icon to increase your knowledge about all of your advertising!

Step 4 - The Details Page will show you where your customers are Located,
Detailed & Average stay times, plus how many clicks were on AIM360.

Step 5 - Once the AIM360 code is embedded onto all of your listing sites.
The “Last 30 Days Icon” will show you even more VERY detailed website information!
