How will we get there?
▪ Increase Community Collaboration
▪ Provide training to coalition members to increase knowledge of
youth alcohol and marijuana use
▪ Partner with relevant County committees, taskforces,
commissions, etc.
▪ Have a presence at local community events

▪ Educate youth in all schools serving the WHRSD on the harms
of alcohol and marijuana use
▪ Pass or strengthen local ordinances with respect to underage
drinking
▪ Increase parent knowledge of social and legal consequences of
alcohol and marijuana use by teens
▪ Conduct public awareness campaigns on the risks and harms of
alcohol and marijuana
