FIFA U-20 WOMENS’S WORLD CUP PAPUA NEW GUINEA 2016 ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and such other rules (“Rules”) as established by FIFA, the Local Organising Committee for the event (“LOC”), the Event ticketing bureau, police and law enforcement of cials, and the stadium owner (collectively, the “Authorities”) shall govern all match Tickets (“Tickets”) and the subsequent admission to any Venue (“Venue”) to attend any Session. All capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings given to them in paragraph 27 of these Conditions. By purchasing, accepting, holding or using a Ticket, a person shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions and agrees to comply with these Conditions. These Conditions are printed in abbreviated form on the back of the Ticket. In the case of ict or ambiguity between these Conditions and the abbreviated form printed on the back of any the Ticket, these Conditions will prevail. Purchase and Entry 1. A person must be at least 16 years of age to purchase a Ticket. If a person is under 16 years of age, a parent or guardian must purchase Tickets on his or her behalf. If a person is purchasing Tickets on behalf of someone under 16 years of age, that person is responsible for ensuring that they both comply with these Conditions. 2. Parents and guardians who accompany children to a Venue are responsible for the care, conduct and supervision of those children and must keep those children within sight at all times. 3. Children under two (2) years of age will be admitted free of charge to all Sessions, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a Ticket and do not take up an additional seat. All Tickets are general admission for spe ed sections; no numbered seating allocations per Ticket except for a VIP ticket which is numbered seating. 6. Entry may be refused if Tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Authorised Points of Sale. 7. A Ticket allows the Ticket Bearer single entry to the speci ed session. THERE IS NO RE-ENTRY. 8. The Ticket price is current at the date of Ticket purchase. Ticket prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. 9. The Ticket price is speci ed and payable in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK). Any and all charges arising as a result of payment or attempted payment in another currency, for example credit card fees or currency exchange charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 10. The Ticket Bearer acknowledges that in the interest of public health, safety and security, all spectators may be subject to search of person and belongings, as a condition of entry. 11. It is an essential condition for the admission of a Ticket Bearer to a Venue that a Ticket Bearer is expressly prohibited from bringing into a Venue any Prohibited Item. A list of Prohibited Items is provided in paragraph 26 of these Conditions. 12. If a Ticket Bearer arrives at a Venue with a Prohibited Item, the Ticket Bearer will not be entitled to enter the Venue with that item. Prohibited Items may be removed, co scated and/or destroyed at the discretion of any Authorised Person. 13. Except as provided herein or as expressly permitted by FIFA (for example, by way of accreditation), Ticket holders are PROHIBITED from recording, transmitting, or in any other manner disseminating over any media (including, without limitation, all forms of television, radio, the internet, mobile devices, newsletter or newspaper) any image (whether in the form of still, moving or rapid sequence pictures), sound, text or description or result of any match of the Event, in whole or in part, and from assisting any other person(s) in the conduct of such activities. FIFA and the LOC reserve the right to prevent a Ticket holder from bringing into, or using in any stadia where an Event match is being played any equipment or device capable of being used for any of the activities identified above. No professional cameras allowed unless accredited by FIFA and/or LOC. 14. Ticket holders may undertake the activities described in paragraph 13 above for personal, noncommercial use, but must not allow such activities to be commercially exploited (or to be exploited in such a way as to materially dilute the commercial rights of FIFA and/or the LOC) by any entity without the prior written approval of FIFA. 15. Admission to a Venue will be refused to any person noticeably under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any behaviour-modifying substance, or to any person behaving, or likely to behave violently, harmfully or in a manner contrary to public order and/or safety. 16. Late arrival, which is considered the kick-off of the second half of the second match, will result in non-admittance to the Venue. 17. No private vehicle parking access at a Venue is granted with a Ticket. 18. This Ticket may not, without the prior written consent of FIFA or the LOC, be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. 19. The Ticket Bearer acknowledges that no commercial, promotional, advertising or marketing (including charitable) activity may be undertaken at any Venue or in the vicinity of any Venue. If the Ticket Bearer conducts any such activities, an Authorised Person may prevent the Ticket Bearer from entering the Venue, require you to remove any article used in connection with such activities or require you to leave the Venue. Refund and Replacement Policy 18. In the interest of fraud prevention, no Tickets will be replaced or Ticket prices refunded if a Ticket is forgotten, lost by the Ticket Bearer or if the Ticket is stolen, defaced, damaged or destroyed. 19. If the Ticket Bearer chooses not to use a Ticket for a Session, no refund or exchange (in whole or in part) for that Ticket will be given. 20. If the Ticket Bearer is refused entry to any Venue, or is removed from any Venue due to breach of the Ticketing and Entry Terms and Conditions, the Ticket Bearer is not entitled to refund or replacement of Ticket. 21. Tickets allow entry to Sessions. The Ticket Bearer acknowledges that Sessions may be delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled both for reasons beyond the control of the LOC, or due to cancellation by a team, or to allow for the proper management of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup PNG 2016. The LOC does not guarantee that any Session will commence at its stated time. If a Session is delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, no refund or exchange (in whole or in part) for that Ticket will be given. Liability 22. If a Session is delayed, interrupted, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the LOC will not be liable to the Ticket Bearer for any changes the Ticket Bearer may have to make to any travel, accommodation or other arrangements. 23. The Ticket Bearer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of any items brought to a Venue. The LOC shall not be liable to the Ticket Bearer if any such item is lost or stolen. 24. The LOC shall not be liable to the Ticket Bearer for any loss, damage, cost or expense, due to any injury caused by a sport object used during competition. 25. The LOC reserves the right to make amendments to these Conditions from time to time at FIFA and LOC’s sole discretion and without notice. Prohibited Items 26. Prohibited Items include (without limitation) the following: Bottles, glass, weapons, compressed gas containers, , ke bombs, and/or ks; alcohol, betelnut and/or illegal substances; any item that is dangerous, hazardous and/or illegal or that may be used as a weapon or a missile or that may compromise or otherwise interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of (or pose a hazard to) any person or security. ons 27. When used in these Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the following meanings: “Authorities” means collectively all LOC management, Venue management, law enforcement and security agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the FIFA U-20 Women’s World es, Cup PNG 2016, each Venue and each Session, and their respective s “Authorised Point of Sale” means any selected outlets and ticketing booths at Venues; “Terms and Conditions” and “Rules” means these conditions together with any amendments or updates issued by FIFA or the LOC; “Venue” means the entire premises of a location where a session is scheduled to take place, to which a ticket or accreditation is required to gain access; “Prohibited Items” means any prohibited item listed in paragraph 26 of these conditions. “Session” , forming part of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup, the particulars of which are indicated on a ticket; “Ticket” means a validated document issued by the LOC by session, date and venue that allows the bearer access; “Ticket Bearer” means any person who has purchased or is in possession of or is holding or using a ticket issued by the LOC, including (without limitation) any person to whom the ticket is issued or transferred. TERMS & CONDI TIONS FOR GRANDSTAND AND OUTER STAND TICKETS 1. Any use of FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2016 (“Event”) match tickets (“Tickets”) and the terms of admission to the stadiums shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and such other rules (“Rules”) as may be established by FIFA, the Local Organising Committee for the Event (“LOC”), the Event ticketing bureau, police and law , and the stadium owner (collectively, the “Authorities”). The bearer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of any items brought to a LOC venue. The LOC shall not be liable to the bearer if any such item is lost or stolen. 9. The LOC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, due to any injury which is not directly caused by the LOC while in any venue including any injury caused by a sport object used during competition. 10. No vehicle parking access at the venue is granted with this ticket. 11. Children under two (2) years of age will be admitted free of charge to all events, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a ticket and do not take up an additional seat. Only one (1) child under two (2) years of age is permitted per adult ticket. 12. FIFA and the LOC reserve the right to make alterations to the times, dates and locations of the Event matches in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of an alteration to the times, dates and venues of an Event match for any reason, the Ticket holder shall be entitled to attend the re-arranged match, if possible, using the Ticket Holder’s original Ticket. In the event an Event match, or a re-arranged Event match, is cancelled or there is no Ticket available for the re-arranged match, the Ticket holder will be reimbursed for the face value of the Ticket.
