Reimbursement of expenditure will be based on the final approved budget. 7 PRACTITIONER INQUIRY GRANT PROPOSAL FORM Annex A: Practitioner Inquiry Funding Guidelines S/N Item Category Notes 1) Teaching and Learning Resources (to provide breakdown and justifications of list items) 2) Printing Materials (can include photocopying cost OR paper cost, ink cost and basic stationery) 3) Books/Journals for professional enrichment related to critical inquiry/ Resources, materials and 1 documentation action research/ research methods and the issues 4) Video-camera, camera, audio-recorder, iPads/tablet for the purpose of documentation equipment related to the PI NOT FUNDED: PCs, laptops, interactive white board, visualizer, photocopying machine, projector, screen, and other equipment not for the purpose of documentation etc. Cost of hiring relief teachers at $7-$10 per hour while the member(s) named in the application is conducting the PI. 2 Manpower NOT FUNDED: Salary of staff and applicants named in the inquiry, stipend, consultants’ fees, mentors’ fees, staff recruitment costs, bonus, incentives etc. 8
