The PI grant application form comprises:
 Section A: Particulars of Main Applicant, Team Members and Centre Leader
 Section B: PI Project Proposal
 Section C: Budget Breakdown
 Annex A: Practitioner Inquiry Funding Guidelines
B) Submission of application form
Please send the completed application form [Sections A to C] to [email protected] before 24 June 2016
C) Eligibility
ECDA-certified educarers, teachers or centre leaders who
 are currently employed in ECDA-registered pre-schools and
 have attended the PIECE workshop
D) Terms and Conditions
 Only completed forms will be processed
 Applications submitted after the closing date will not be considered
 Selection will be based on the quality of the PI project proposal
 ECDA’s decision is final
E) Final Project Deliverables
Successful applicants of the PI grant will have to submit a final report and an expenditure summary,
together with all relevant original copies of receipts and/or payment vouchers for reimbursement of
expenditure

PI grant recipients who wish to make changes to the budget allocation could write to ECDA for approval
prior to purchase. Reimbursement of expenditure will be based on the final approved budget.
