Registration Process
Confirmation of courses is based on ‘First in First Served’,If you want to guarantee a place for a particular class we recommend going to
Legend Garden Sports Centre early to secure your space. Registration can be made at the Legend Sports Club Reception every
weekday between 20 December-10 January, between 8:00am-9:00pm and every weekend between 9:00am-7:00pm. Places are
confirmed upon registration and full payment being received. Registration and payment must be made prior to the commencement of
the course. Late registrations are permitted subject to availability.

DCP-Refers to Dulwich Community Programmes
School-Refers to Duwich College Beijing
Participant(s)-Refers to the participant in the DCP activity for which
he/she is registered and /or the child of the aforesigned person, as the
case may be
Activity-Activities the participant has registered for
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS,RULES,AND
INSTRUCTIONS
The aforesigned person agrees that the participant(s)will comply with
the applicable Chinese laws,regulations and rules,as well as all rulws
and instructions reasonably givenby Dulwich College Beijing,DCP and
Related Parties,These instruction may include,without
limitation ,exclusion from the Activities due to unlawful,dangerous,or

inappropriate behavior,or cancelling or re-sheduling part or all of the
·DCP retains the right to modify Activities from the description.
·There is no transportation for DCP Activities.
·Registration is accepted only with full payment.
·If DCP needs to cancel an Activity, due to lack of enrolments,
severe weather, safety considerations, government order, or any other
reason, a full refund will be given.

participant(s)agree not to hold Dulwich College Beijing,DCP,or
Related Parties liable for any compensation for any such cancellation
or re-scheduling.
MEDICAL AUTHORISATION
In the case of injury or illness, if medical personnel consider treatment
·2 days prior or during first two lessons-30% of full course fee is
charged.
·After the 2nd lesson-no refund, unless a medical certificate can be
produced for the remaining dates of the course.
·Late Registrations will be accepted, subject to availability, based on a
pro-rata fee.
·If a receipt (fa piao) is required please inform us at the time of
registration.
·The nature of some activities necessitates limited numbers;
registrations will be accepted on a first come basis.
·Payment by international cards will be charged a 5% service fee.

The aforesigned person:
·Willingly participates in DCP Activities or permits the participants to
participate in the Activities.
·Understands that the activities, especially sports , may have an
inherent risk of injury.
·Attests that participants are in good health and fit for the Activities.
·Will assume any and all medical and/or emergency expenses that may
be incurred as a result of participation in the Activities.
·To the fullest extent permitted by law, irrevocably waives all claims
suits, actions, proceedings, rights, and remedies against Dulwich
College Beijing, DCP, its investors, sponsors, affiliates, branches,
departments, predecessors, successors, assignees, agents and
subcontractors, and their respective directors, officers, management,
and employees arising from or in connection with the Activities
whether actual, pending for threatened, direct, indirect, or
consequential, and whether in contract, tort or otherwise, including
resonable expenses and attorneys fees (collectively the “Claims”).
·Agrees to indemnify Dulwich College Beijing, DCP, and Related
Parties against any and all Claims arising from or in connection with
the participant(s) participation in the “Activities”and at his/her
expense to be fully responsible for defending all such Claims to
Dulwich College Beijing, DCP, and Related Parties and not to
compromise or settle any such Claims without the prior written
consent of the School, DCP, or Related Parties (which shall not be
unreasonably withheld).
·Agrees to give timely notice of such Claims to Dulwich College
Beijing,DCP, and Related Parties and not to compromise or settle any

Parties or instructors to organize emergency treatment. This
authorization is only granted if the aforesigned or other given contacts
cannot be reached after reasonable effort has been made to do so.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs of DCP participants may appear in DCP materials,
brochures, website, advertisements, or press releases. Those who
would not like to appear in any or all of the these must notify DCP in
writing along with their registration form.
Ice skating, like all recreational activities, involve some risk of physical
injury occurring. Skaters and Participants are responsible for their own
safety on and off the ice. We take every effort to reduce any safety risks,
including providing protective gear and controlling the speed and
behaviour of skaters. Our staff and coaches are entitled, at their sole
discretion, to stop skaters from any misconduct on or near the ice.
Disruptive skaters may be asked to leave the ice. Dulwich College
Beijing cannot assume liability for any accident that occurs or could
occur either through the skaters’ own misadventure or that of another
Skater or other Participant and shall not be liable to its participants or
any third parties whether contractual or otherwise for loss or damage
to tangible property or injury howsoever caused.
Skaters below the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
