PROPOSITION
Rules and Regulations:
1/ Dates: April 8th to 9th, 2017
2/ Location: City of Maribor, Republic of Slovenia
3/ Number of participating teams: 12
4/ Age Category: players born 2009 and younger
5/ Game: Mini-Hockey is played, small goals, with 4 players in the play field and goalie.
Minimal number of players in the team is 12 and goalie (3 quadrilles and goalie). Playing
period: duration of play is 15 minutes, Change on the fly with no time interruption, 1 minute
changes (regarding to sound signal);
- The standings will be determined as follows:
- Win - 2 points
- Tie - 1 point
- Loss - 0 points
- In case of equal number of points, the following rules valid :
a) the higher number of points from direct games
b) difference in winning scores
c) number of the scores given
d) by lot

Schedules of the competition will be submitted at least 10 days prior to the
beginning of the tournament.
6/ each player wins a medal, every team wins a cup.
7/ Organiser provide the referee service and medical service.
8/ Closing ceremony will take place directly after the last play of the tournament.
9/ Entrance fee: 150 EUR
The entry fee for the tournament is taken for ice rink rental and organisational matters such
as time keeping, refereeing, etc.
When you send us confirmation of your participation, we will send you an invoice.
The transfer form should include the team name
PARTICIPATION MUST BE CONFIRMED TILL 20.12. 2016 LATEST!
The exact schedule is going to be announced after the deadline for registration
Priority for participation at the tournament have a teams that will come in two categories
U-10 and U-8.
The Organizing Committee will provide first aid medical service during the tournament
time restricted to terms of injuries during the Foxtrophy tournament.
List of players (and two companions) is to be mailed to our address as soon as possible;
LODGING AND FOOD
The entry for the tournament is only accepted by the bookings through the official
organising committee.
Accommodation and food is organised in Youth Hostel not far away from Ice Skate Hall in
Maribor. Lodging is possible in triple rooms (for teams and companions) and single, double
and triple rooms for parents, at reasonable price.
Teams and parents are accommodated in this very same Youth Hostel.
Costs for teams: 55 EUR 2x full board (arrival: 7.4.)
Costs for parents: 50 EUR 2x bed and breakfast
This is only a basic offer, if you wish hotel accommodation please let us know and we will
send you a list of hotels.
Air travel is the quickest, easiest and most times cheapest means of travelling, if you are
coming in from outside Europe it may be cheaper to fly to a European „gateway“
City (Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt) and travel on from there with international flights to
Ljubljana Airport or Graz Airport.
