Warrior Athletics offers internships during the fall and spring semesters. During the fall and spring the internships are designed to mirror the academic semester and run from the first week of class to the final week of class. Exam week is optional for interns to complete event work but the office hours officially end the week before exams. Athletics Facilities and Game Management Internship Requirements: Under the supervision of Assistant Athletics Director, students must be energetic, responsible, organized and motivated to assist with marketing plans and activities for Warrior Athletics. Students are required to work 10‐15 hours a week in the office and handle any event/game day responsibilities as assigned. Course credit is available if approved by department of students major. Job Description: • Assist in facility set‐up and game day operations for Warrior Athletics events, CCAA and NCAA tournaments. • Supervises other student game day staff and interns during events • Assist with coordination of activities of Outside groups (ball kids, special groups, halftime performances) • Work with Warrior Fanatics to promote Athletics on campus • Assist staff in creation and implementation of game management plans • Perform other duties as assigned by Athletics Administration staff Perks: • Access to all areas at all events worked • Complimentary merchandise and apparel when available • Course credit if approved by academic department • Networking opportunities • Recognition on WarriorAthletics.com • Valuable experience gained Contact: Hung P.
