Fondy JFL Team Manager Expectations
The purpose of the Fondy Junior Football League (FJFL) is organized exclusively for educational and
instructional purposes in the development of youth football, fundraise and solicit. The organization is
dedicated to the principles of fair play and good sportsmanship and to the development of character in
youth football players. We believe that players will have fun if each player has the opportunity to develop
football skills to the best of his/her ability through practice and organized game participation. It is the goal
of this organization to teach the game of tackle football, to assure the safety and welfare of the players
and provide intelligent supervision. The organization strives to instill in each player the virtues necessary
to achieve success in football and in life.
EXPECTATIONS:
 Team managers are to exude good conduct, pride, and integrity.
 Each team in the FJFL requires a team manager that is picked by the HC.
 Team Manager will coordinate the Family Participation Program. You will coordinate
all work schedules for your teams allotted times assigned to your team.
 Team Manager MUST be present during the allotted times assigned and is required to
work any hours that the scheduled volunteer does not show up to work.
 Team Manager is required to assist the HC with all communication between the
coaching staff and parents of players.
Due to the many responsibilities required by the Team Manager you will receive all of your
fees and deposits returned at the end of the season if all of the expectations have been met.
If the Team Manager did not complete the above listed responsibilities per the expectations
of the FJFL Board, fees and deposits may NOT be returned in full at the end of the season.
Signing of this document is a requirement of all Team Managers and a statement to meet or
exceed the expectations listed above.
