Form teams: 20 groups
consisting of 10 people.
Each team gets to
choose a nationality by
drawing a lot.
And the rest follows
along a 3-day schedule.

Plan the recipe and get to know the teammates

Buy the ingredients and discover the city

Cook the dish prepare the meal and enjoy multicultural cuisines

students face
 Picked one with respect to our city – OSS!
 Chose a Masters degree in Food Technology
 Planned a 3-day activity to promote
“Acculturation through Food”
Day 3
 Came up with a cooking activity- “MOSSTER CHEFF INTERNATIONAL”
 Planned a 3-day schedule for the prospective students
 Prepared supplementary documents to aid their activity:
A Map;
An Information Flyer;
A Recipe leaflet;
 Distribution of homework
And we succeeded as a TEAM!
