Overview
Magma Flooring products have been engineered to meet the environmental and sustainability demands of
today’s flooring market. As the desire to replace PVC with a cost-effective, eco-friendly, and fully-functional
alternative increases, Magma Flooring offers the performance, cost, and functionality needed to meet this
need. Magma Flooring products offer water resistance, dimensional stability, and mechanical performance
needed to replace PVC cores in Luxury Vinyl Tile applications.
Magma Flooring products are made from recycled plastic and natural fillers. Unlike Vinyl Tile or Luxury
Vinyl Tile made from PVC, Magma Flooring products are PVC-free, chlorine-free, phthalate-free, plasticizerfree, contain no VOCs, and can be readily recycled. The products are also price competitive with PVC.
The fully-functional and environmentally sustainable characteristics of Magma Flooring make it an ideal

Product Offerings
Luxury Vinyl Tile Core: Magma Flooring products can be provided as sheet stock in various thicknesses
and cut to custom sizes as required. These products are used as the core underlayment for LVT to which
decorative films can be subsequently bonded. They are moisture resistant, dimensionally stable, bondable
and capable of being profiled into industry standard click systems. Two different product offerings of
varying rigidity are available. Both products offer the exciting eco-friendly features and benefits inherent
to all of Magma’s product offerings.
Directly Printable and Bondable Tile: Directly printed and bondable tile is also available from Magma
Flooring. These products are capable of being embossed with industry standard designs and directly
printed for custom flooring applications. The tile can also be subsequently bonding to most floors using
standard flooring adhesives.
