Smart Author
Smart Author is a
powerful authoring and
data analytics platform
that enables higher
education institutions to
develop and scale
personalized, adaptive
learning.
Learning science drives Acrobatiq course design.
• Formative practice is key, as more doing has 6x the effect size
on learning than more reading
• Formative practice drives the analytics engine and learning
dashboards
• Over 98% of students answer formative questions until they
get them correct
• Targeted feedback provides additional learning for users
Learning Dashboards are populated by data and Learning
Estimates, and are a resource for instructors to get in-depth
analysis of their students as they move through the course.
Iterative improvement is a
key concept for Acrobatiq.
A course-check tool called
the Readiness Report
gives insight into course
functionality and
actionable steps to
improve it. This can be
used at course creation as
well as a starting point for
revision cycles.
