It’s Time to Register for the 2nd Annual NJWELL Mid-Day Move
This is a reminder that the Division of Pensions and Benefits will hold the 2nd Annual NJWELL
Mid-Day Move for State employees working in the downtown Trenton area on Wednesday,
June 8* from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. State employees are encouraged to take a "walking
lunch" instead of a working lunch. In addition to walking the NJWELL Mid-Day Move route,
employees also may visit the informational booths for NJWELL, Aetna, and Horizon Blue Cross
Blue Shield of New Jersey. Special guests and several other health and wellness exhibitors also
will be in attendance. Healthy food and beverage options will be available for purchase.

NJWELL Mid-Day Move.
Please forward the attached flyer It’s Time to Register for the 2nd Annual Mid-Day Move to
your employees and post it throughout your worksites. The flyer has a clickable link to register
for this event and employees must register by May 31, 2016.
*The rain date for the NJWELL Mid-Day Move is June 9.

administrators, and any other staff members responsible for the administration of benefits for

Employer Pensions and Benefits Information Connection (EPIC)” and then on the EPIC page
select “Archive of E-Messages.”
Please note: It is important that the Certifying Officer’s e-mail address is kept current with the
Employer Pensions and Benefits Information Connection (EPIC) to assure the accurate and
timely delivery of this information. Update your information using the Employer Demographics
application in EPIC.
