11.30am to 1.30pm

a team of local dentists
Will be at the Oxford Hockey Club Open Day between 11.30am and 1.30pm,
to take mouthguard impressions for players who require mouthguards. The
mouthguards will be made available to the players within a week
THE MOUTHGUARDS
will be:
 Available in a large variety of colour designs
 Personalised with player’s name
 Provided with a comprehensive after-care service – including
a prompt replacement in case of loss
 At competitive prices

Can you please, if possible, complete and submit an order form in
advance by Thursday, 4th September.

(Players who have not managed to complete order forms in advance can
still be seen on the day, on completion of an order form and provision of
payment details in advance of an impression being taken).
