With Boardmasters 2016 shaping up to be the biggest and best to date, you may wonder what the plan is when the
headliners finish each night. Look no further than Boardmasters ‘After Dark’ official after parties which have today been
announced for 2016. From Wednesday 10 – Sunday 14 August 2016, Boardmasters ‘After Dark’ will bring banging DJ
sets and live performances to the Beach Bar on Fistral Beach and Sailors in Newquay town until the sun comes up.

Boardmasters is stoked to announce this year’s ‘After Dark’ line-up with only the hottest acts around. The Launch Party
will see Après take to the decks and get the party started, with the help of a very special guest to be announced soon.
On Thursday, bringing the bass there’s Tough Love who’ve celebrated Top 40 hits with ‘Pony’ and ‘So Freakin Tight’,
joined by Flava D who’ll be spinning the best in house, bass and UK garage. Not forgetting Friday when the incredible
Krept & Konan who’ve stormed the UK hip-hop scene this year, alongside Play Dirty and Yungen. Tensnake, whose
latest EP ‘Desire’ is out now, will take the party into the early hours on Saturday with the help of Eli & Fur and FK Panda.
Finally, Boardmasters will draw to a spectacular close on Sunday with the unstoppable chart-topping Sigma and DJ
Charlie Tee.

Beach Sessions with live music on stunning Fistral Beach, as well as the Beach Bar and BBQ bringing food, drink and
banging DJ sets. Head into Newquay to party until the sun rises with Boardmasters After Dark, which take place at clubs
around the town centre. Don’t miss the Pro Skate and BMX competitions for the best in extreme sports, the Surf Village,
Cornish Market where you can sample the local delights, as well as Surf Art, photography and film sessions. If watching
the surf action from the sidelines has tempted you to try it out yourself, ride the waves with a Surf Lesson from a local surf
school. Unwind and relax at the Wellbeing Area or the On Site Eco Spa for some well deserved pamper time. There is

Established in 1981, Boardmasters is a 5-day event situated across two stunning locations in Cornwall - the surfing mecca
of the UK, Fistral Beach where Boardmasters famous International Surf Competitions take place and arguably the most
stunning location in the country to watch live music, Watergate Bay. Last year saw Boardmasters welcome over 150,000
