Financial Deposits A deposit is required to hold your approved outing date. The deposit must take place within 90 days of confirming your date and must be 10% of your projected total. The final sum will be collected the day of your event. If for some reason you have a number of players cancel the day of the event, you will still be charged the allotted number of players scheduled. If your outing needs to be cancelled, you must do so within 30 days of your event or your deposit will be forfeited. We ask that you provide us with a confirmed list of players one week in advance of your event so we can prepare scorecards, cart signs, etc. Dress Code We ask that all players in your group adhere to our dress code policy: Players must wear a collared golf shirt, no tank tops, or tee shirts Players may wear golf shorts, slacks, khaki’s. Denim is strictly prohibited. Designed by Golf Hall of Famer Greg Norman our course features picturesque views and a flowing stream that winds through the back nine. Elks Run is located just outside Batavia and is within 25 minutes of Downtown Cincinnati. Elks Run is 6845 yards from the longest of tees with a par of 71 and can be tamed to 6053 yards from the white tees. From the back tees Elks Run has a course rating of 72.9 and a slope of 136. The course’s main features are its rolling terrain nestled in the quiet countryside. The greens are some of the best putting surfaces in the area and provide a fun challenge for golfers of all ability.
