Tuesday 6th June, 2017 DNAFit and Vita Mojo team up to offer the world’s first restaurant menus designed for personal customer DNA DNAFit has partnered with Vita Mojo restaurants to create the world’s most personalised restaurant menu, exclusively tailored to each customer’s DNA. For the first time ever, customers will be able to visit their local branch of Vita Mojo and order a bespoke meal that has been especially designed to match their individual tastes, lifestyle goals and their personal genetic make-up. Taking into account factors such as individual macronutrient and ingredient needs, each meal is prepared within 5 minutes and available to eat-in or take-away for time poor but health conscious customers. The new collaboration is the ultimate facility for busy customers who want to make the most informed possible decisions about their diet and nutrition, but whose busy lifestyle challenges their ability to do so on the move. The pioneering service has been made possible thanks to a unique partnership between Vita Mojo, whose network of restaurants where founded on the back of a mission to help customers create more personal healthy meals, and leading health and fitness genetics brand DNAFit. Since 2013 the company has used a saliva swab test to help match both ordinary consumers and elite sportspeople to the diet and training programmes that best suit their DNA. How it Works: 1. Customers complete a swab test which is sent off to DNAFit for analysis. 2. DNAFit generates a personal diet recommendation report outlining each individual response to certain genetic factors, including macronutrient need, saturated fat response and carbohydrate sensitivity, which is set in the context of the lifestyle goals of the individual 3.
