First Home Moves
• The first new homes in the High Road West
area have been delivered by Newlon Housing
Trust on the Old Cannon Rubber Factory site.
29 tenants from the Love Lane Estate have
now moved into their new homes
• Love Lane tenants do not have to move
until a new home is built for them within
the High Road West area
• Three dedicated rehousing officers are
working closely with residents too understand
their rehousing aspirations and support them
through the rehousing process
• Love Lane residents and the council are
working together to explore the design of their
replacement homes as part of the resident
design panel. To help inform their decisions
residents have visited three regeneration
schemes in London
