Ellough Park Kart Club 2016
Ellough Park Race Circuit will be running the IKR championship in 2016 under the name of ‘Ellough Park Kart Club’. The
EPKC will remain as an IKR championship running to the 2016 MSA Technical Regulations (with exclusions included
within the 2016 supplementary rules and regulations).
Prices for 2016 are as follows:Championship Registration - £30
Race Entry Members - £45
Series Entry - £495
Race Entry Non-Members - £55
Transponder Hire - £10 per meeting
Premium Pit Bay - £20 per meeting (10m x 5m only 10 available)
Yearly Premium Pit Bay - £220
Paddock Pit Bay - £5 per meeting (3m x 6m)
Yearly Paddock Pit Bay - £55
Overflow Paddock - Free
If you pay for the whole series up front including membership and a yearly premium pit bay you save
£130!!!
Additionally, once you have filled out your club registration form you no longer have to fill in a race entry form for each
meeting. You will just need to e-mail /book in online or call us 7 days before the meeting. Payment for each race
meeting must be made to the circuit by 4pm the Monday before the meeting otherwise a late entry fee of £10 will be
charged. This is to make sure we have enough trophies for each meeting and to make the signing-on process on race-day
much quicker. You can pay for race entries either directly at the circuit, online, over the phone or posting a cheque.
The championship will be held over 13 Rounds with the best 11 scores counting towards the final points table.
The final Round in December will be double points. The provisional 2016 championship calendar is as follows:

Round 3 – Saturday 19th March 2016
Round 4 – Saturday 16th April 2016
Round 5 – Saturday, 21st May 2016
Round 6 – Saturday 18th June 2016
Round 7 – Saturday 16th July 2016
Round 8 – Saturday 20th August 2016
Round 9/10 – Saturday 17th September 2016/Sunday 18th September (Formula 100 Guesting)
Round 11 – Saturday 15th October 2016
Round 12 – Saturday 19th November 2016
Round 13 – Saturday 17th December 2016
Presentation Evening - Saturday 7th January 2017 venue tbc

If you do not turn up to all rounds there is no refund if paid for the whole year up front.
Entry Fees cannot be carried over under any circumstances (weather conditions included).
Membership forms must be filled in correctly at time of writing. It is the responsibility of the competitor to inform the organizers of any changes thereafter.
