"Nagpal Super Specialty Hospital, the Mall Bathinda" and registered deed of the said
hospital.
The file further reveals that the complainant has been intimated by the
respondent vide letter dated 15.07.2015 mentioning therein that the record of Building
Plans is maintained number and date wise and that copy of registered deed can be
obtained from the office of Tehsil Office, Bathinda after depositing the prescribed fee.
The complainant has sought adjournment earlier for 04.02.2016 as his another case
was stated to be listed for hearing in the Commission on 04.02.2016. The complainant
did not attend the hearing on 04.02.2016, when last opportunity was given to him to
follow up his case in the Commission. Today again, the complainant is absent without
intimation to the Commission. The reply filed by the respondent is found satisfactory,
and therefore, this Complaint Case is hereby disposed of and closed.
