The Villages Youth Soccer Club
2016 – 2017 Sponsorship
The Villages Soccer Club has been in our community for over 8 years. Our
mission is to promote the growth of and appreciation for, the game of
soccer in an environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and
mutual respect. We offer year-round programs to over 150 youth athletes,
developing them on and off the field. Our Recreation Program is for young
athletes from ages 3-10 and our Competitive Program is for ages 7-19.
The club is a member of FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association). Our
competitive teams play in the GCFYSL (Greater Central Florida Youth Soccer
League) which is the largest competitive youth soccer league in the State of
Florida.
We also host the annual The Villages Cup, a tournament that takes place
during the 3-day, Labor Day weekend at the beautiful Polo Grounds at The
Villages, FL. The competition is sanctioned by the US Soccer Federation for
boys and girls from ages 7 through 19. In 2015, we had our inaugural The
Villages Cup. On that first year we had 57 teams, 745 players ranging from
ages 7-19. There were 101 games in a 3-day period with an average of 3,000
people per day.
The following pages provide a summary of the sponsorship opportunities
that are available for 2016-2017 year. The year begins in August 1st, 2016 and
ends in July 31st, 2017.

2016 Fall Recreation Sponsor - $575

Our recreation program has about 60 players from ages 2-10. This
sponsorship is for the 2016 Fall Season only because the players receive
another jersey in the Spring Season. Cost for both the Fall and the Spring
Season is $1,000.
Competitive Team Sponsor (one per team) - $300


We currently have 9 competitive teams from ages 8-19. The numbers per
team vary by age group from 12-18 players. All players receive 2 practice
jerseys. Many of them use the jerseys outside of practice, before games and
at team outings.
