Who is responsible for paying the game officials?
MAYSA Leagues the home team pays the entire fee.*
*In-House Leagues, often each team pays half the referee fee to make scheduling easier.
For WYSA and WDA Leagues, each team pays half of the fee(s).
In all leagues, referee fees should be paid before the game starts.
Referees must return all fees paid for unfilled position.
If the referee is not paid at the field, contact your local referee assignor following the game.
Referee responsibilities are not completed until submitting the After Games report.
