Mr. N.K.Sinha born in a very small village AMOUR, Block Mehrama at Godda District (Jharkhand ) but his visions are not small .He
proved his commitment and always committed to prefer a healthy education and not to compromise with quality in education. It is
only because of Mr. N.K.Sinha that Shivam College of Education ,B.Deoghar is having well experienced and qualified teachers. He is
also running a C.B.S.E affiliated school (Mount litera zee school) Rikhia B.Deoghar. His vision is to make a medical college and a
university in Godda very soon and to make Godda as an educational hub. His aim and vision is to complete up to 2021-22.
Last but not the least, Mr.Niranjan Kumar Sinha works with a great Zeal. Good work is the indispensable marks of God’s peculiar

needs of teacher’s training programme

secondary level of school . It is well arranged in subjects like History, Geography ,Civics,Physics,Chemistry,
Biology , Mathematics, English, Hindi,Commerce, Literary books etc. the library also has a wide rangeof
reference books, magazine, education CDs and daily newspaper, it provides physical access to book and
reading materials and new materials (books ,CDS Journals etc.) is constantly added to keep up-to-date with
the changes and development in the field of education. The library has a spacious and well lit reading room
furnished with comfortable and suitable furniture and having peaceful and scholary atmosphere that help
students to concentrate more on their work and study, the library is also provided with photocoping facility for
the convenience of students.

Science and Mathematics Laboratory
The college has a science Lab which is well equipped with
all the necessary scientific apparatus and teaching
apparatus to apply the theory in practical situation. The
college has also a Mathematics lab having models,
Charts, graphs , pictures , concreted object etc. to
demonstrate , explain and reinforce abstract mathematical
ideas .
Art and Craft Resources center
This college had made sufficient
arrengment to develop creative and
innovative abilities of would be educator.

HI-TECH MULTIPURPOSE HALL
Hall is equipped with creative board and projector etc. There
is adequate arrangement for seating capacity of more than
200 persons to organise the meeting/events/seminar etc.

Hostel(Male/Female separately) & Transportation. The college has well-developed facilities like canteen,
potable drinking water, playground, Parking etc.

Medium of instruction will be Hindi/English. Examination may be written in Hindi or English. Examination

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
1. Academic :
a) Science, Commerce and Arts graduate, BCA, B.Tech and Post graduate may apply with
college leaving certificate /department leaving certificate.
b) As per NCTE norms a candidate should have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate at
the 10+2 & Bachelor’s degree examination of a recognised university for general category
where as 45 % for OBC/SC/ST category.
2. Age Limit :
Minimum Age 18 Years with 10+2 for D.El.Ed. & Graduation for B.ed. Degree.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Application form and Prospectus :
The Prospectus and application from can be obtained from our college office & our City Office. The
following documents have to be submitted along with application form:1. Attested photocopy of the Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE Passed Certificate showing date of birth.
2. Attested Photocopy of marksheet of Matriculation/ICSE/CBSE to the Last achieved degree.
3. Three recent Colour passport size photograph to be pasted on application form and admit card/ID card.
4. Attested photocopy of caste certificate in case of OBC/SC/ST candidates and residential certificate
obtained from
authorised authority.i.e. S.D.O.
5. Origional CLC with original Migration Certificate of last achieved degree will be attached with
admission form.
Uniform
Uniform will be provided by the college at the time of admission on payment.
