CitiDirect for Securities — Issuing and
Paying Agent is a sophisticated
reporting tool that can be customized
to suit client requirements. It offers
the following suite of standard, easily
accessible reports:
• Issues outstanding
• Payments
• Daily settlements
• Periodic interest payments
to enter a single transaction above the
DTC’s $50 million trade limit and have
the transaction automatically split into
DTC-compliant amounts.
The system provides program
outstandings and payment details
upon request. There is a “real-time”
connection to DTC so the information
available is always timely and

Issuing and Paying Agent is easy
to navigate.

with less robust encryption are
