Delivery Advantage, CheckProtect, a secure and trackable delivery service, becomes the primary
check delivery method on check orders paid for by the account holder. We have chosen this
program because it offers the following benefits for our account holders:




Secure and trackable delivery at a competitive price
Tamper-evident, polywrap packaging that conceals the contents
Fully trackable delivery status at virtually any point during the delivery process
Estimated delivery date to ensure when to expect the check order
In addition, <insert financial institution name> also realizes the following benefits:




Improved check program performance
Protection of sensitive account information
Decreased risk and cost associated with fraud and identity theft
Reduced involvement in tracking lost or delayed shipments
There is no change to the ordering process. Harland Clarke’s ordering platforms and Contact
Centers automatically indicate CheckProtect delivery service for each account holder identified for
this solution. Communication has been provided to account holders who will be impacted by this
