CAMP SITE RENTAL REQUEST FORM

Camp is available from early May until late September; with winter use available upon request and
approval of the campsite committee.
Booking deposit is $50.00 This will be applied to your camp fees.
Contact the booking agent one week prior to your event to make arrangements to pick up keys and
fire extinguishers on your way to camp. These must be returned to her within 3 days from the
end of your camp.
Please pay your camp fees when returning key and fire extinguisher.
Please complete the following information and return it along with your $50 booking deposit to:

If you have questions, please email [email protected] or call 250-578-7116. Booking agent will
do her best to get back to you within a couple days. Please keep in mind that your date is not held until
the deposit is received, and the dates available may change from the time you make an inquiry to the time your
deposit is received! Finally, should you need to make changes to your confirmed dates, please let
booking agent know ASAP!
