Science action station
INTRODUCTION
The ACTION SCIENCE STATION is a science base
located in a school call Bishop Stortford College.
In our school 4M went first (that’s us!) followed
by 4C.
Science Projects
There were lots of different projects to play with
(including the video game BLOODBUS).
After my explanations, I’m going to test you on a
quiz which if you get it wrong you have to start
again, if you get it right you get to carry on.

The Floating Ball
A ball sits on top of three small thrusters and
one MEGA thruster. Turn the thrusters on with
the power switch, the ball floats on the air and
wobbles side to side but does not fall down.
Noughts And Crosses
It’s like the normal game but the table at which
you play the game is separated with some red
glass. One side of the table there is a grid. The
other side of the table hasn’t got anything on it.
But, if you look in the red glass you can see the
grid and play each other perfectly well. It’s
weird!?
Tardis
You basically step into a small telephone box
and see loads of reflections of yourself. They
seem really far away even though you are just in
a telephone box with space for two people!
BLOODBUS
This is a video game which is a really weird
science project .
You’re a blue and dark blue dot which moves
around trying to collect some moon rocks while
trying to avoid yellow and red lava. If you touch
the red lava you explode.
