In order to compete in classes 1 – 4, No COMBINATION of horse & rider may
have represented their branch in either Open or Intermediate Area Dressage
or Eventing. No combination of horse & rider to have any British Dressage
points.
Teams will be made up of 3 or 4 members from the same branch with the best
3 placings to count.
* Class 2 at least two members of each team must be12 years or under on
1st January 2017
Teams to be entered by a team manager with a Pony Club cheque.
Commanding is allowed in all classes

If there are insufficient entries for classes 7 & 8 they will be cancelled.
The decision will be made at close of entries.
Late entries will be at the discretion of the organiser and will incur a late
entry fee of £5.
Second horses will only be accepted if there is room after the entries
close. Mark your entry form for preferred horse.
The Legal and General Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the
Chiddingfold Farmers’ combination that has the highest placings over any
2 classes.

RULES
To be run in accordance with Pony Club Dressage Rules 2017 (available from
www.pcuk.org).
The judges’ decisions are Final and the Organisers reserve the right to alter any part
of the schedule or to refuse entries without stating the reason.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON SHORT LEADS AT ALL TIMES
The competition is held on private land. Please do not muck out trailers/lorries on
to the field and take litter home with you. Please stay within the designated areas.
In the event of cancellation of the competition, entry fees will be returned
minus an administration fee of £3 per competitor ONLY upon receipt of a SAE.
The Chiddingfold Farmers’ Branch of The Pony Club cannot be held responsible for
any damage to persons, horses or property howsoever caused and it is a condition
of entry that all rules will be accepted. The Organisers have taken all reasonable
precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these
measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and
prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all
the Officials and Stewards.
DIRECTIONS
Eashing Farm is just off the A3, very near the Milford traffic lights. If coming down
the A3 from GUILDFORD turn off the A3 signposted Milford, Petworth and
Haslemere. Go over the roundabout towards Milford and take the next turning left
to Eashing. DO NOT exit the A3 at the Eashing Garage. If coming up the A3 from
HINDHEAD turn off the A3 signposted Milford, Godalming & Elstead. Turn right at
the 1st roundabout, straight over 2nd roundabout towards Milford then take the next
turning on the left towards Eashing. Eashing Farm is about 1 mile. If coming from
GODALMING, go past the Inn on the Lake, under the railway bridge and turn first
right. Eashing Farm is ½ a mile on the right.
