Student Complaints by Ethnicity / Gender/ Disability vs. Institutional Profile 2010/11
for comparison purposes
The Equality and Diversity Advisory Group (EDAG) monitors the way in which the
strategic objectives from the Equality and Diversity Statement are monitored. EDAG
prepares an Annual Report by collating data from across the Institution regarding
impact assessment of policies, procedures, guidance and regulatory matters in
respect of equality. This student complaints data will be considered by this group as
part of the Annual Report.
