Currently Enrolled Data: Reaching Out to
Districts
◦ PVAAS was updated with currently enrolled info on 12/20/16
◦ Some LEAs had not submitted currently enrolled data – for some or all of their schools
◦ These LEAs are unable to view student projection reports by the school and grade in which students are
currently enrolled (rather than by last tested)
◦ Projections not surfaced for high school students who did not take a state assessment last year, but would
still have projections to Keystones, AP, PSAT, SAT, and ACT)
◦ PVAAS Team reached out to districts who did not submit currently enrolled data to offer support
◦ PVAAS team contacted IUs, to offer support to the districts in their region who did not yet have
currently enrolled data submitted
◦ Next PIMS submission: January 25, 2017 at Noon
