FOR PUBLIC INTEREST PROJECTS
5.1
Description of the final product, process or service.
Identify precisely the product, process or final service that will arise from the results of the project, including a description
of the recipient or target population. Describe the steps to follow and an estimate time to have the product, process or
service available to the end user.
5.2
Description of the situation without project.
Characterize the current situation, considering the best alternative available to the recipient or target population identified
and its projections.
5.3
Description of the situation with project.
Characterize this situation, indicating the benefits of the products, processes or services that are derived from the results
of the project regarding competitors or substitutes. Refer to the costs, benefits and possible externalities of
implementation of the product, process or final service.
5.4
Description and associated entities
Enter a description of the (Mandante) Principal, its mission and the relevance of its participation. In case of counting on
the participation of other entities, describe each of them (companies and/or other associated entities), in relation to the
field of the company and its mission, describe the relevance of their participation and the role or contribution that each of
these entities will give to the project. Briefly state information about: history, activity, level of sales for each one.
5.5
Massification strategy
Describe the strategy of massification, implementation plan and sustainability over time of the product, process or service
that will arise from the results of the project, detailing the role of each of the participating actors (including the Principal,
associates and others). Characterize the relationship between the different actors and the contribution of each to this
strategy.
5.6
Diagram of massification model.
Create a diagram of the massification model, identifying the position of the Principal and associates, other entities and
other actors. Include the set of final or intermediate customers or users, and establish the basic relationships between all
stakeholders. (Consider at least one existing entity for each type of actor).

5.1

5.4
Description and associated entities
Give a description of the associated entities (companies and/or other associated entities), in relation to the field of the
company and its mission, describe the relevance of their participation and the role or contribution that each of these
entities will give to the project. Give a brief information about: history, activity, level of sales for each one of the
associates.
5.5
Technology Transfer strategy
Describe the strategy for technology transfer and IP protection of the results of the project, including the role that each
participating actor will assume (including partners and other entities). Characterize the relationship between the different
actors and the contribution of each one of them to this strategy.
5.6
Business Model Diagram.
Create a diagram of the business model, identifying the position of the companies or the other entities as well as other
actors. Include the set of final or intermediate customers or users, and establish the basic relationships between all
stakeholders. (Consider at least one company or existing entity for each type of actor).
