Public Service Credit Union $200 Loan Refinance Program
Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Public Service Credit Union Loan Refinance Program, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only a Public Service Credit Union member whose accounts are in good standing, and who is at least 18 years of age,
may participate in the Loan Refinance Program (the "Program").
A member of Public Service Credit Union is eligible to receive one bonus of $200 per refinance, when the individual
applies for and is approved for an auto loan, and the auto loan is funded for an amount of $10,000 or greater*.
$10,000 must be a new or additional principal balance, the refinance of an existing Public Service Credit Union loan is
excluded from this promotion. May not be combined with any other promotion or discount.
All $200 Program bonus will be paid within 7 days of the loan closing of the refinanced loan by crediting the member’s
first opened primary savings account with Public Service Credit Union, in accordance with the rules of the Program in
effect at the time such refinance was made.
The refinanced Public Service Credit Union loan must remain open for a minimum of 90 days. If the Public Service
Credit Union loan is closed before 90 days, any distributed bonuses will not be available.
If, prior to the payment of Program bonuses, the member’s account is closed, that member will not be eligible for a
bonus payment.
Program bonus payments may be reportable as taxable income for Federal, state and local purposes. The
determination of any applicable tax liability shall be the recipient's sole responsibility. Please consult with your tax
advisor.
Public Service Credit Union may modify the terms of the Program without prior notice by modifying the Loan
Refinance Program Rules. The Program may be terminated at any time without notice.
The Program is sponsored solely by Public Service Credit Union, 7500 E Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80024. The effective
date of these terms and conditions is January 16, 2014.
