A big thank you
Transition
All the staff wish to give all children and
families a big thank you for the past year. It
has been an exciting year in nursery and we
very much appreciate volunteers that have
come in to help in nursery with all the various
activities and trips.
Transition for children moving into p1will begin
on Wednesday 17th May. Transition activities take
place in the morning so if your child is going into
p1 but attends an afternoon session you are invited
to come in for the morning to experience transition
all together.
We wish all the children moving into P1 the
very best of luck for school and we look
forward to welcoming back all of our
returning children after the summer holidays!
Get Involved

Please provide clothing for your child to go out
in all weather (warmer clothes now the
temperature has dropped).
Please provide a pair of wellies that can stay
at Nursery, quite often splashing in puddles
is the activity of choice!
Provide clothing that you don’t mind getting
messy, or provide an apron- Some of the best
learning experiences are messy ones! 
Please label your child’s clothes and shoes.
Remember library has started up again on
Thursdays so books will need to be returned
every following Thursday
We have an open-door policy in the
nursery. Please feel free to come to speak a
member of staff any time!
There is a notice board in the cloakroom where you can
sign up for a session and please see Miss Graham if you
would like to share an activity with the children during
your visit.
