All independent variables together explain 64 percent of the variance in
job satisfaction., which is highly significant as indicated by the F-value. An
examination of the T-values indicates that Section 5 (Remuneration &
Recognition) contributes to the job satisfaction level.
From the scatter plot of residual against predicted values, we can see
that there is no clear relationship between the residuals and the
predicted values, consistent with the assumption of linearity.
The normal plot of regression standardized residuals for the dependent
variable also indicates a relatively normal distribution.
In conclusion, we can say that Section 5 (Remuneration &
Recognition) significantly predicts job satisfaction level.
However, other variables allocated are not significant
predictors.
