Step Up Your Game!
This year got off to a great start with the arrival of our new
marketing intern Stefan. From February to June he will be
in the EEE-YFU office fulltime to support EEE-YFU’s
marketing activities.
Stefan: "I was an YFU exchange student to Sweden during
2006-2007. After this wonderful experience, I studied
International Business in The Netherlands, followed by my
current studies in Belgium: Business Management with a
specialisation in Marketing. I have a special interest for
international non-profit organisation marketing. And that’s
where YFU came in again. I’m very happy to working with
you all. Please, feel free to contact me: [email protected]".

The “New” Rules of News Releases
Share, share, share
Your vote is our command, that's why we will discuss the
"new" rules of news releases in this issue.
Writing press releases is very usefull for non-profit
organisations. But instead of sending press release to a
hundred reporters, it makes much more sense to provide
this content on your own channels (website, social media)
first. This way you will have this content forever and can
reuse and spread it however you like. A well-crafted press
release, referring to the content on your channels, then sent
to a handful of reporters who you know can produce great
results. Read more...
Did you develop an online or
offline marketing activity that
was successful for your
organisation and could be for
others in the YFU network as
well? Let us know!
