This Short version of regulations is prepared based on Main Rules of Lithuania Rally-cross
championship 2010 and Regulations of Baltic Cup Rally-cross Championship 2010. All articles, not
mentioned in this Short version of regulations, are described in Main Rules and Regulations. Main
Rules and Regulations are applied for all competitors and drivers participating in Lithuania and
Baltic Cup Rally-cross Championships. Main Rules are publisher in Official Information Desk of
each event.

II. ORGANIZATION
1.
Sport club ,,Auto-technoma” organizes Lithuania Rally-cross championship 2010 IVth race
and Baltic Cup Rally-cross championship 2010 IVth race. Races will be executed in
accordance with FIA, Lithuania and Baltic Cup regulations.

IV. SCRUTINEERING:

Administrative:
In circuit on 2010-10-23 from 08:00 to 10:00

Technical:
In circuit on 2010-10-23 from 08:10 to 10:10. It will not be allowed to participate in race without
technical scrutineering. If cars will be late delivered for scrutineering, it could be performed within
1 hour with paying penalty of 70 LTL or 20 EUR.
Scrutineering personnel must have scales for cars weighing. During scrutineering driver must
present race card, technical passport issued by LASF or other ASF and driver gowning (helmet, suit
and etc.). Additional technical scrutineering could be appointed to any car during the event.
Tires
It is allowed to use only rally-cross or autocross tires. KX type tires are prohibited. Heating of tires
is not allowed.
V. EXECUTION OF EVENT
12. Free Practice
Free practice is not mandatory.
It is not related with divisions. Each driver starts individually based on start steward instructions.
Up to 8 drivers allowed in circuit at the time. It is allowed to drive 3 laps. Driver card is provided
for start steward before free practice for registration.
13. Runs execution
All runs executed by divisions. Number of qualifications runs – 3 runs, number of laps per
qualification run – 5 laps. Maximum number of drivers in start line – 5 drivers.
All drivers should be in pre-start zone after 10 min from previous division start and 10 min before
planned time. If start time postponed due to technical issues Relations Officer informs about it,
drivers being late are eliminated from qualifying run.
Driver could ask Clerk of course to postpone start by 3 min due to technical problems. If driver is
not ready for start after 3 min, then start is performed without this driver (start position of driver
remains unoccupied).
False start is detected either by start steward or by electronic system. Driver which false start is
warned and 3s penalty is applied. Start procedure is executed again. For second false start driver is
eliminated from qualifying run and last place is assigned for this run.
Qualification runs
1st run – Start position for first run is appointed based on Official timed practice results in division.
2nd run – Start position for 2nd run is appointed based on 1st run results in division.
3rd run – Start position for 3rd run is appointed based on sum of score points in 1st and 2nd runs in
division.
First position is appointed for 1 point, 2nd – 2 points and etc. Drivers which not completed run are
appointed for 80 points, not started driver – 90 points, disqualified driver – 95 points. Only drivers
qualified in 2 qualifying runs are allowed to start in final runs.

If few drivers are collected the same amount of points after qualifying runs, priority is given for
driver which points score of qualifying run not included into score points calculation for final run is
higher. In case of further equal score – decision is taken on the best time score in any qualification
run.
14. Final Runs
5 drivers with lowest point score after qualifying runs are appointed to A final directly.
Drivers with position from 6 to 10 are appointed to B final.
Drivers with position from 11 to 16 are appointed to C final.
Winner from C final is appointed to B final and winner from B final is appointed to A final.
Final runs start scheme is 2-2-2.
If 14 and more drivers are qualified after qualification runs, then A, B and C finals are executed. If
9-13 drivers are qualified after qualification runs, then A and B finals are executed. If less than 9
drivers are qualified after qualification runs, then A finals is executed.
Number of laps per final run is 8 laps.

Penalties
See appendix 1.
VI. PARK FERME, RESULTS, APPEALS:

Park ferme
All cars participated in final runs should be driven to park ferme. Cars remain in park ferme at least
30 min after announcement of preliminary results and decision of steward to take cars. It is
prohibited repair of cars or fuel filling in park ferme. If car is not driven to park ferme due to guilty
of driver, driver is eliminated from event and disqualified.
17.
Results
Results will be announced in Official Information Desk after each run.
18.
Complains, Appeals
Time duration for providing of complains is provided in LASK paragraph 174. Complain is
provided in written form to Clerk of course or to steward of meeting with 60 EUR fee. If complain
requests disassembling parts of car (complain should precisely indicate parts), committee of
officials from both sides (representatives from who is providing complain and to whom is provided
complain) is appointed (steward of meeting decides number of officials) and 200 EUR fee is
provided by complaining side.
Competitors have rights to appeal according LASK paragraph 181. Appeal fee – 600 EUR.

VII. PRIZE GINVING AND CUPS:

Winners of I-III places of the event (drivers and teams) are awarded by diploma and cups
after 30 min from last Meeting of Stewards. Drivers must participate in prize giving ceremony
personally and wear driving suit.

Fire Extinguishers
Each driver is responsible for ensuring that a 6 kg fire extinguisher is available within his own team
area inside the paddock.
22.
Environmental protection
Each driver is requested to ensure that a plastic sheet (minimum dimensions 4 meters by 5) is
spread on the ground in the place reserved for his team where work is to be done on his car, in order
to prevent any pollution in case of an accidental leak, etc. It is forbidden to wash a car on the
participant’s parking place, except in the special provided places for car wash. Driver must clean
after himself his parking place.
