End of Year Awards Banquet & Team Dinner
Saturday July 30th 6-9PM
Join us in the grassy area by the pool for the end of year team banquet and awards dinner. All
swimmers receive a medal, special awards are distributed, we enjoy a meal together and celebrate
the season.
Please complete order form below for dinner and submit with check made out to Armfield Farm
Swim Team no later than July 28th. Place in the “Crowder” family folder.
You MUST pre-order and pre-pay for dinner -- no onsite sales.
You bring: cold drinks, chairs or blankets, cards or other acknowledgment for coaches (see below)
We provide: awards for all swimmers, coordinate food ordering, cake
Coaches gifts/tokens of appreciation: Each year we collect contributions from families to jointly purchase gift
cards for coaches. Money will be evenly distributed between all 6 coaches/JRays. You are also welcome to
purchase your own separate gift card or token of appreciation if preferred.
Families are also strongly encouraged to have their swimmer make a card, write or letter or do something
personal for each of the coaches to thank them for their help over the season. The board will have gift bags
set up for each of the coaches to drop your items into. The JRays receive very small stipends that aren’t
designed to pay them for all the hours and heart they put into coaching. Please put coach gift donations in
the “Crowder” folder in a separate envelope from food money no later than July 28th.
