Trading Grid Registration
• You received an email from [email protected] inviting you to register on
Trading Grid. Click on the Registration URL in the email. The email content and
invitation code will be different than shown here.

even if the information is exactly the same. Instead, select “My Company is not

• You will see a reference to IWF (not OLV as shown on slide). IWF is a subset of
Trading Grid that allows you to upload and download files in a closed community.

• During Step 2, you review the GXS terms and conditions page. You will need to
choose the Accept radio button, and then choose Next Step.

• In Step 3, you will set up a user account for the individual at your company that
should be the primary contact for the Trading Grid system. Scroll down to
complete additional details in the Personal Information section.

• In this step, you will create the log in information to sign into Trading Grid.

• Next, set your Password Security information. If you forget your Trading Grid
password, you will be able to reset your password if you know this information.

company. If you are the contact, choose the Same as My Profile check box.

• If the information is accurate and you are ready to submit your registration
request, choose the Submit button.

• The system confirms that your registration request has been submitted. Choose
Close to close the window.
• Do not choose the Login button. The process on the GXS side takes a few
minutes to complete. The system will display an error if you try to log in too soon.

• After your registration request is accepted, you will receive an email from
[email protected] confirming that your registration has been approved.
• You can use the URL provided in the confirmation email to access the system.
