How to Access Proof of Coverage – Home Accord Form
A PDF file opens and displays an
Accord Form with policy information.
You can now:
1. Print Proof of Insurance for
the insured by:
•
Clicking the print icon
and then
•
Mailing or faxing it to the
insured
2. Email Proof of Insurance to
an insured or mortgagee by:
•
Clicking the email icon
OR
•
Saving the PDF to your
desktop and then
attaching it to an email
you will send to the
insured or mortgagee
To view Transactions:
•
Click the Description link in
the Transactions section to
re-access the policy change.

Follow these steps to print “Real Time” Proof of Coverage:
To print “Real Time”
Proof of Coverage based
off the recent changes:
•
Click Print Forms
button or Forms Tab
at the top of the
Submission
Confirmation screen.
Homeowners can get an
updated Proof of
Coverage form that
includes policy coverages,
deductibles and mortgage
information.
Auto policy holders can
get ID cards for all
vehicles.

How to Access Proof of Coverage – Home Accord Form
To print Proof of Coverage that
includes policy coverages and
mortgagee information, Agents must
select Evidence of Personal
Property Form check box.
When Agents select Central Fire and
Burglar alarm credit, Agents are
required to retain a signed copy of
the Certification of Fire and/or
Burglary Protection Homeowners
Premium Credits. They can print the
form from the Forms tab in PCC.
