IMPORTANT: By completing, signing and sending this Hospitality Order Form to MATCH Hospitality, you are making an offer to enter
into a binding contract for the purchase of the requested Hospitality Packages, subject to the MATCH Hospitality Sales Regulations, the
2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM General Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Stadium Code of Conduct and the Product Description. All
documents can be downloaded and read here, and are available on request. A binding contract will come into force if and when MATCH
Hospitality accepts your offer.
DECLARATION: I declare that I have read and I understand the MATCH Hospitality Sales Regulations, the 2018 FIFA World Cup RussiaTM
General Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Stadium Code of Conduct and the Product Description and that the Customer agrees to be
bound by them. I acknowledge in particular:
1. All sales are final. Cancellations or changes will not be permitted and no refunds will be given in any circumstances.
2. Tickets may not be used by the Customer or Guests in relation to any competitions, lotteries, promotions, giveaways or consumer
promotions nor marketed, sold, included or bundled with any incentive, packages, reward, benefit or product offering.
3. Except where explicitly agreed in writing by MATCH Hospitality, tickets may not be resold or otherwise transferred by the Customer.
4. All prices stated are exclusive of any VAT, sales tax, goods and service taxes, consumption taxes, local taxes and any other similar
taxes, fees, dues, duties and levies. To the extent applicable, any such amounts will be added and reflected in the invoice at the applicable rate.
5. All payments should be made strictly in accordance with the MATCH Hospitality Sales Regulations. Please be aware that interest may
be chargeable on late payments at five percent (5%) above the 12 month US Dollar Libor rate, as it may vary from time to time, from
the date payment became due until actual payment is made.
6. Any other samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising issued by MATCH Hospitality, and any illustrations or descriptions of
the Hospitality Packages contained in MATCH Hospitality’s catalogues or brochures are issued or published for the sole purpose of
giving an approximate idea of the Hospitality - Packages, and shall not, under any circumstance, constitute an offer or public offer by
MATCH Hospitality.
