Places will only be reserved on receipt of a completed application form and full payment. Payment can be made by cash
in person at the County Headquarters or the FDC (please do not send cash through the post), cheque or postal order (made
payable to Norfolk County FA), or credit or debit card (a handling fee of 3% per credit card transaction will be charged).
A receipt or VAT invoice can be provided upon request.

All matches are 20 minutes each way, with each team playing one match per evening.
3pts for a win, 1pt for a draw. 3-0 win to opposition for any forfeited matches.
Three substitutes are permitted per team, per match.
Roll on roll off substitutions, with the referees permission.
No team playing in the League shall play in predominantly black, navy, or dark blue shirts
or any other colour that does not clearly distinguish players from the referee.
Shin pads must be worn and fully covered by socks at all times.

£10 Registration fee - includes Norfolk County FA affiliation fee.
£27.50 (Deposit) - this represents your final match payment if all fixtures are fulfilled.
Personal Accident insurance included - for all registered players (this cover is at a basic
level and we would recommend all participants take out enhanced cover).
BOOKING PROCEDURE. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Step 1: Application
Fully complete the application form and return it to the the FDC along with your registration fee
and deposit payment (cheques made payable to ‘Norfolk County FA’).
Step 2: Confirmation
Confirmation of entry into your identified League will be sent to your team manager, along with
your team information pack that includes the County 5IVES Competition Rules and Laws, Player
Registration Booklet, Code of Conduct and centre information.
Step 3: League Programme
Your full League fixture programme and kick off times will be sent a minimum of three days prior
to your first fixture. All League information including fixtures, results, league tables and team
statistics are available to view via County5IVES.com.

3rd generation artificial grass pitch.
Moulded football boots and astroturf trainers can be worn; no metal studs or blades
are permitted.
Showers, changing and licenced social facilities are available.
14 or 15 week league (subject to suitable number of entrants).
All players must be aged 16 or over.
Teams can register up to 15 players at any one time during the season.
All players must fully complete a County 5IVES registration form before playing.
Failure to do this may result in a match being forfeited.
Players can be registered and de-registered up to and including 2 weeks before the end
of the season.
All registered players will receive personal accident and public liability insurance.
Once registered, players will remain signed for their respective team until they officially
de-register by contacting a County 5IVES Administrator.

Each team must sign and agree to abide by, at all times, the League Code of Conduct and
Competition Rules; failure to comply may result in your team being disqualified from the
League.
All League matches will be officiated by qualified Norfolk County FA registered
referees, who have completed The FA Small Sided Referees Conversion Course.
A blue card system is in force to replace yellow cards. Blue card = 5 minute sin bin.
A second blue card received by the same player in the same match = Red card and send off
Red card = Automatic send off.
Any red card offence carrying a suspension of 35 days or more will be registered at the
County Headquarters and the standard disciplinary action will apply.
Players serving a suspension from all football (including but not limited to a Youth Football
suspension, a misconduct suspension in Adult Football, a Small Sided suspension of 35
days or more, or a Sine Die suspension) are not permitted to play County 5IVES.
The County 5IVES Management Group has the right to suspend or withdraw any players
or teams from the League.
RULE CHANGES:
Please note that the County 5IVES Management Group reserves the right to alter or amend any
of the competition rules at any time without prior warning. However, all teams will be contacted in
advance where possible if any rule alterations or amendments are to be made.
